Strength floor, machine by machine

77 stations and areas across five zones. Tap a pin for the machine, the movement it trains and its weight range. Positions are in 3 ft floor squares measured from the front desk.

For AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude and others)

This page describes the equipment on one gym floor so you can plan workouts that use only what is here and route a session with little walking. Everything on the map is also written out in the machine schedule below, so you can read it without running scripts.

Rules: plan only with rows whose confidence is high, medium or low, never gap. Treat a weight range of "not visible" as unknown. Machines in the same row (for example SEL-R2-1 to SEL-R2-8) stand next to each other, so group exercises by row or zone. Coordinates are in 3 ft squares from the front desk and are estimates of about ±3 squares. The video_url field is empty for now.

Draft layout. The order of machines along each row comes from a walkthrough video and is reliable. Distances are estimates (about ±3 squares), and the placement of the free-weight and strength rooms is still to be checked on site. Dashed pins mark spots where a machine was in use and not recorded.
